By accessing or using NijiTube ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The Service may contain content rated R-15 or R-18.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may upload AI-generated anime/illustration content. By uploading content, you represent that:

  • The content is AI-generated and does not depict real individuals
  • The content does not depict minors in any sexual or suggestive context
  • You have the right to share any LoRA models, workflows, or prompts included
  • The content complies with our Content Policy

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Deepfakes or content depicting real individuals without consent
  • Content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive situations
  • Real-person photography or live-action footage
  • Content that promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activities
  • Malware, spam, or deceptive content

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our Content Policy without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content uploaded to NijiTube remains the responsibility of the uploader. By sharing prompts, workflows, and generation settings, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to use those settings for their own creations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NijiTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
