Notice and Takedown

NijiTube respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid takedown notices promptly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on NijiTube infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it (URL)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and acceptance of service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
